Love the video Martin. I’m into social marketing big time. Although, I have been more into using bookmarking and submission to sites like Digg and Propeller for SEO purposes.

I need to expand my presence on sites like Facebook and Myspace but I have shied away from it because it becomes very time consuming. Stop by my “house” for a visit.

I am in Alex’s coaching program too and have added you to my blog roll. Can’t wait to get started on module 3!

Hi JT, thanks for the comments, yup social media marketing can become very time consuming but there are tools and websites to help, such as http://www.ping.fm for example, where you can update your messages to all the social networking sites from one central dashboard.

I am looking forward to module 3 as well, although it has now been put back until next Tuesday.

    See you then :)

    Hi Martin,

Thanks for your comment on my blog. I use my own custom payment buttons but didn’t even think of the aweber button.

    So thanks for the idea.

Cool video. I have much to learn about seo and social media. On twitter now but not sure how to use it in an effective way.

Next task is a video on youtube so I maybe back for help :)

    All the best

    Hi Martin,

Brilliant video! I’ve been doing internet related stuff for years, but never got into social networking because, me too, I didn’t have the time for it and to be honest I’ve never interpreted it as in the video. After seeing this I just have to dive more into it!

I’m also in Alex’s coaching program and I’ve put you on my blogroll!

BTW, I’ll have that beer! ;o)

    Martin,

That guy was a blast. Loved his a**hole comment – too funny! Dips, chips & burgers. I watched the whole thing.

Oh… I have a bunch of mini-tutes up now at Gary-Land that can be accessed through my “Hints & Tips” thread.

@Mark, thanks mate, we are all learning everyday to become more effective, just keep learning and growing, drop by any time, we are all here to help each other.

@Koen, yup, time is certainly a factor, we just need to start small, get it going then we can build on it.

@Gary, left a (brief) comment on your blog about the tutorials, they are really excellent and should be a great help to all.

    Hey Martin

Thanks adding me on twitter. Is there any more sites you’re on?

That video is ‘ing ace. I gotta get my head around all this, but hadn’t looked at it quite like that.

    Hi Martin,

Just checking out other AJ students’ sites and watched the video. What a great explanation. I’ve never used the social sites, even though my blog has them available to share on.

Really inspires me to go register for all of them. Thanks for the central dashboard URL, too.

I’m adding you to my blogroll. Feel free to add me to yours.
